This study investigated the impact of Quality-Oriented Human Resource Management (QO-HRM) practices on employee performance and organizational excellence within contemporary organizational settings. A quantitative, cross-sectional research design was employed, and data were collected from employees working in manufacturing and service sector organizations. Standardized survey instruments were used to measure QO-HRM practices, employee performance, and organizational excellence. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression techniques, including mediation analysis. The results revealed that QO-HRM practices had a strong and statistically significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee performance significantly predicted organizational excellence, indicating that high levels of productivity, work quality, and commitment contributed to superior organizational outcomes. The mediation analysis demonstrated that employee performance partially mediated the relationship between QO-HRM practices and organizational excellence, suggesting that HRM practices influenced organizational success both directly and indirectly through their impact on employees. These findings confirmed that organizations that emphasized quality-focused recruitment, training, appraisal, and reward systems were more likely to achieve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The study contributed to the existing literature by empiricallyvalidating the strategic role of QO-HRM in driving organizational excellence.
